  • AUM/Om –Introduction, Symbol meaning, how to chant  
  • Asana Practice –Introduction of yoga Asana, Standing Asanas - sitting Asanas –supine Asanas –prone Asanas –and meditative Asanas,  Alignment-precautions-benefits  of each Asana 
  • Introduction of Kriya’s –Theory and practical of jalneti 
  • Pranayama’s – Introduction of pranayama – explain clearly precoutions and benefits of each pranayama’s
  • Introduction of Mudra’s

Teacher 200 Hours

(Eligible: after passing 200 hours)

  • Bhagawad Geeta –Introduction 
  • Asana Practice –Introduction of yoga Asana, Standing Asanas - sitting Asanas –supine Asanas –prone Asanas –meditative Asanas,  Alignment-precautions-benefits of each Asanas.
